Alto Livello is a stilt quick change show of great visual impact and rare elegance, seasoned with a dash of humor and lightness.

It is a wordless performance, entirely focused on the charm of imagery; suitable for all types of audiences, it enjoys great success wherever it is scheduled and has now surpassed 2,000 performances. The show originated from an idea by Luigi Sicuranza and is today produced by the MascheraViva company. Alto Livello offers a new and original form of figure theatre, where ingenious tricks based on the extension and deformation of limbs bring to life a gallery of evocative and imaginative human or animal characters: from giraffes to jellyfish, from pterodactyls to odalisques, including the fascinating metamorphosis of the caterpillar into a butterfly.

The pace quickens, leading the audience
to a fun “Grand Finale”.

SHOW HISTORY

Alto Livello was created in 1993 thanks to the creativity of Luigi Sicuranza (Sicurteatro Company). The show grew and took shape, leading Luigi to perform it in Italy and abroad until 2006. In these 13 years, Alto Livello counted 999 performances, including participation in the Shizouka festival (Japan) as a representative show of Italian artists.

In 2006, Luigi left the scene due to a serious illness that would no longer allow him to perform. He then decided to leave his most successful show as an artistic legacy. In 2007, Luigi directed the show that was “reborn” with a new performer, Pietro Rasoti, who continues to successfully represent Alto Livello.
