Inanna is an exciting monologue of actress theatre freely inspired by the Sumerian myth of the Goddess Inanna.
It tells of her descent into the Kur, the underworld, to meet the pain of her sister Ershkigal, goddess of the abyss, torn by mourning for the loss of her beloved.
A journey to cross the darkness
and reach the light.
The show uses mythological narration to transport the spectator through a visionary and sacred journey, in which the narration is entrusted solely to the charm of the fi guration and the skill of the actress, who plays three key fi gures of the myth.
Irony, sacredness and tragedy are the three registers explored on stage, for a dynamic show in which the audience itself is called to be an integral part of the story.
The show is preferably aimed at those over 12 years of age.
